Sep 21, 2022 · I don't use the Subaru Starlink sevice and was wondering what other roadside assistance services you use and your experiences? I'm mainly interested in the on the road emergency-type services of towing, out of gas, and battery jumps, but much less interested in the other add-on perks like travel discounts, trip planning or other stuff.

Feb 27, 2017 · Picked up a nail in our 2015 Outback the other day and woke up to a flat in the garage. Still had six months left on our free roadside assistance program, so I called the 800 number. Took the fellow about an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, but robo-calls kept me advised of timing and checked to make sure help had arrived when it was supposed to.
